How do your individual coaching sessions work?
Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or phone and tailored to your goals. Each session includes actionable guidance, real‑time feedback, and clear next steps. Clients often describe the experience as structured, supportive, and highly practical.
Do you offer Consultations?
For individual coaching, I offer a 45‑minute Discovery Coaching Session for $99 where we explore your goals, discuss your current challenges, and determine alignment for future coaching. You’ll leave with tailored recommendations, service options, and a clear action plan—even if you decide not to move forward with additional sessions. For HR Consulting services, please contact me to discuss scope of project.
How do I book a coaching session?
All coaching sessions are booked through my online scheduling system. You can click on Book Coaching Session on the website, and you will be directed to Calendly. You’ll select your service, choose a time, and complete payment at booking for a seamless experience.
What is your pricing?
Pricing varies by coaching service and is listed directly in the booking system or career coaching tab. Packages are available for clients seeking deeper, ongoing support.  HR consulting, fractional support, and contract engagements are based on a mutually agreed rate based on the scope of work, project complexity, and organizational needs. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Refund & Cancellation Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds are provided after the service has been delivered. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may do so with 24‑hour advance notice using the link in your confirmation email. Please reach out to careeredgecoaching@gmail.com with any issues. Time is reserved exclusively for you and includes advanced preparation. Missed appointments or same‑day cancellations are considered completed services and are non‑refundable.
